Welcome to “le Gîte du Grand Duc” or “The EAGLE OWL Cottage”, Here you will find a modern and pleasant holiday house. wHETHER YOU ARE looking for some relaxing ALONE time , a romantic getaway , a family or a friends trip we offer a 120 m² two-storey house next to our estate. the cottage is fully independant and you will find an ideal retreat to get away from it all.

“Le Gîte du Grand Duc” is spacious and can accommodate 7 guests. Behind the stone facade, the house becomes a very colorful and modern space where we hope you will have a lovely stay.

You can bask in the sun in the garden ( which entirely fenced ) or relax in the spacious living room (35 m²) located under a lightwell which offers several living spaces:

  • a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer; an induction plate, a micro-wave , a toaster , a Senseo coffemaker and/or a filter coffemaker (only available upon request); a kettle and tableware for 12 guests.

  • the dining room can welcome 12 guests.

  • The living room includes a 2 person sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. [the bed linen is not provided but can be rented upon request (see Prices]) .

Downstairs you will also find a master suite (24,5 m²) with a 160 x 200 cm bed (as it is a large bed the linen is provided for free ); In the Master suite you will find a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom (toilet, an italian shower, handrail, folding shower seat, towel hang dryer…). The Master Bedroom has a direct access to the garden.

The laundry room ( 9 m²) gives you some extra space to store your bicycles and ,as it is only accessible from outside, it prevents any nuisance coming from the washing machine.

Upstairs you will find a first bedroom of 20 m² with a 160 x 200 bed (as it is a large bed the linen is provided for free).

A second bathroom with a shower, a towel hang dryer, a storage cabinet and toilets (the linen is not provided) .

The last bedroom features three 90 x 190 cm beds (the linen is not provided ). If you wish to rent the linen extra charges will be applicable (see Prices]) .

The cottage is equipped with free WI-FI , has a few books and magazines or table games . It is possible to accommodate up to 9 guests with an extra charge (see Prices).

 

Autonomous arrival is possible upon demand as we have a keybox.
