*The cottage can accommodate 7 guests but it is possible to host up to nine guests (see Options) .
**Day and time of arrival are to be decided with the host to make sure she is available to give you the keys and welcome you.
Cleaning charges
It is possible to pay so that you don’t have to clean the house for an extra 45 €
Tourist Tax
Conformément à l’article L2333-29 du CGCT, “la taxe de séjour est établie sur les personnes qui ne sont pas domiciliées dans la commune”. Par conséquent:
- une personne qui n’est pas domiciliée mais qui a une résidence secondaire est bien assujettie à la taxe de séjour.
- une personne qui est seulement résidente sans être domiciliée est bien assujettie à la taxe de séjour.
L’assujetti.e paie la taxe de séjour à l’hébergeur qui reversera la totalité des taxes collectées à la collectivité en son nom.
Les exonérations prévues par l’article L2333-31 du CGCT sur présentation d’un justificatif sont:
- les personnes mineures
- les titulaires d’un contrat de travail saisonnier employés sur le territoire de la collectivité
- les personnes bénéficiant d’un hébergement d’urgence ou d’un relogement temporaire.)

Conditions
arrivals and departures
Usual arrival dates are Friday evenings or Saturdays but it is possible to be flexible on arrrivals should you contact us beforehand and according to our availability.*
Departure dates are Fridays/Saturdays or Sundays for week rentals and Sunday afternoons or Monday mornings for weekend rentals;*
*Don’t forget to contact the host to inform her of your arrival.
BOOKINGS AND RULES
Bookings are done via e-mail or phone (if you speak French phone but if you speak English email is recommanded) . We will hold your booking for 10 days leaving us the time to send you the renting contract.Bookings will be final upon reception of the signed contract and the booking fee and deposit*.
Booking fee are 25 % of the entire stay.
The balance (the 75 % of the stay ) will be paid on arrival when the keys are given to you.
*The deposit is 20 % of your stay and will be given back to you upon your departure and will not be cashed in unless there are damages.
PETS
Pets are welcome in the cottage, no extra charge needed !You only have to inform us beforehand. You are responsible for your four legged friend so please respect the place where you will be staying and leave it in the same state you found it.
