Who are we?
In 2015 , we feel in love with this house. After the first visit, we decided to re-build the old stables. This family project was born from a desire to welcome people to our beautiful Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
We tried to keep the charm of the original building and we salvaged the orignal beams as well as most of the old stones.
After two years of work almost entirely done on our own we are proud to welcome you in our modern cottage.
The name “Gîte du Grand Duc” comes from the Eagle Owl which sometimes slept in the stables.
